The Microsemi Power Solution Module Series consists of three model types: the 1214-800P, 1214-700P1, and 1214-550P. They provide a "50 Ohms IN-50 Ohms OUT" fully matched across 1200-1400MHz band, high power amplifier stage for pulsed radar systems. These high performance, Class C, modules are designed for unparalleled performance, delivering peak power outputs greater than 550W, 700W, and 800W at 50% collector efficiency, under a pulse format of 300 microseconds, 10% long term duty cycle. Their user friendly design provides customers with plug-and-play capability that requires no additional tuning or complicated impedance matching.

Power MOS 8

Conduction Cooled ARINC-429
The DAS-429ccPMC/RTx is a conduction cooled PMC card which supports five, ten, fifteen or twenty ARINC-429 channels. The DAS-429ccPMC/RTxD is a conduction cooled PMC card which supports five, ten or fifteen ARINC-429 channels and eight Discretes [4 Inputs and 4 Outputs]. Each ARINC-429 channel is software selectable to act as receive or transmit. The receive mode allows for storage of all selected information. An on-board high-speed processor and 64 Kbytes of true dual-port RAM for each of the ten channels offer a simple and powerful interface to the card. The card operates independently, reducing the need for host intervention.

Conduction Cooled MIL-STD-1553
The EXC-1553ccPMC/Px is a multi-channel (up to four) MIL-STD-1553 interface board for conduction cooled PCI Mezzanine Card compatible computers. Each dual redundant 1553 channel can operate simultaneously as a Bus Controller and up to 32 Remote Terminals and as a Triggerable Monitor and is compatible with all common variations of MIL-STD-1553 (A, B). In addition, error injection (BC and RT modes), error detection (all modes) and cableless internal loopback are supported on each channel.

The CFSH-4 40V, 200mA Schottky Diode in the SOD-882L Tiny Leadless Package (TLP™). PCMCIA ARINC 429 Testcard
The card supports ten ARINC channels - six programmable as transmit or receive and four receive only. Each of these channels feature error injection and detection capabilities. The receive channels allow for the storage of all selected Labels with status and time tag information appended to each word. The receivers allow for filtering and multi-storage modes of Data Words. The transmit channels operate via a transmit 'instruction stack' which allows scheduling of data transmissions and reduces the need for host computer intervention.

PCMCIA MIL-STD-1553 Testcard
This credit card sized interface supports two dual redundant 1553 channels and is compatible with all common variations of MIL-STD-1553 providing a wide range of features normally found only on full size testers. Each channel of the EXC-1553PCMCIA/Px operates simultaneously as a Bus controller and/or multiple (up to 32) Remote Terminals, or as a Triggerable Bus Monitor. The card supports error injection and detection. The card’s small size and compatibility with notebook computers make it the perfect solution for performing system simulation of the MIL-STD-1553 bus, in the lab and in the field.
